A.2 The German player receives two -3 Buildings for his initial set-up. These are removed from play if they are ever irrevocably vacated. A.3 Weather conditions are Overcast (99.5, Falling Snow will result instead of Rain) and Ground Snow (99.82). A.4 The Defender has Winter Camouflage (99.86).
