A.3 The attacker sets up in 2 groups at Range Chit 3 in Jungle terrain
by using the first two Jungle cards revealed by a random search
through the deck.

A.4 The defender sets up in 2 groups Entrenched in Jungle terrain by
using the first two Jungle cards revealed by a random search through
the deck.  The defending SL begins the game Pinned.  The Defender may
not retreat beyond RC0.

Victory Conditions: The attacker wins immediately by breaking the
defending squad.  The defender wins by avoiding the attacker's Victory
Conditions.
